Great location for skiing

Oh, the breakfast spread was fantastic, an epic start to my day! I also loved the sauna, perfect after a long day on the slopes. The shuttle to the Gondola was spot on, and the good cat visitor.

Though the furniture in my apartment was a bit older, and it got warmer than I'd prefer, everything still shined with good vibes!

Reasons to love it, and reasons not to

The spacious apartment was clean! The varied breakfast was a good start to each day, while the friendly staff was great.

I found the spa facilities a bit underwhelming, with cold water making it less enjoyable. The noise noise from other rooms affected our privacy and comfort .

Location and the rooms. Also enough sapce for parking.

good breakfast, great location- we hired skis from oposite the gondola & stored them there overnight so walked to & from the gondola (less than 5min walk) so didn't use the shuttle bus. Staff were friendly on the whole- apart from once when I rung reception and whoever answered didn't understand me & kept hanging up on me.

Our overwhelming experience of this hotel was positive & we would stay again however there are a few things that others should be aware of. The curtains didn't close properly, the room was quite smoky when people in other rooms were smoking. The kitchenette was good but didn't have any kettle or any pots- plates, cups & cuttlery only. I specifically wanted a hotel with a jacuzzi which was 'out of order' when we were there, the spa was otherwise ok but pool not warm enough to unwind after a day on the slopes.

The place is nice and absolutely amazing, we didn't want to leave!

The room is huge and spacious and has a well equipped bathroom.

That it was very very close to gondola and pirin street

That althought i did pay more money to have a fireplace into my room,no where in booking was saying that is extra cost and that i had to pay 10 euro per day for use and woods

I enjoyed my stay, especially the awesome breakfast that offered a great variety and warm croissants. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Radi. The spa facilities were a wonderful way to unwind after skiing.

The furniture felt a bit outdated.

Very nice furnished apartment with free wi-fi.The spa facilities was free of charge.It has a very nice garden and a beautiful lobby.

The surroundings of the hotel was unfinished and when it was windy there was to much dust.

The hotel was a comfortable base for enjoying a lovely area, very close to town center. My stay was VERY COMFORTABLE here.

Facilities were good, even so Wi-Fi was pretty slow.

Recommend it for families with kids

Breakfast was fantastic, great variety. The staff was friendly and very responsive. We booked a one-bedroom apartment but got upgraded to a larger room, a nice surprise. The shuttle service to the gondola was spot on, never waited more than a couple minutes. And I gotta say, the live music in the evenings by the fireplace.

It wasn't cheap but still acceptable for what you get.

The location of the hotel was quite near the gondola lift. Nevertheless, the street to reach the hotel was completely muddy.

The spa was not such thing, as the jacuzzi was not working and the pool was quite cold. The style of the hotel is very kitsch, rather than "elegant" or "lux".

Kindly staff, good location to ski lift. It is a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. Excellent rooms. Place for storage of skis.

The evening live music created a cozy atmosphere, and the proximity to the gondola made daily skiing effortless.
